Challenge 6 – The Gratitude Journal (mid week)
How is your gratitude journal going? Have you noticed a shift in what you were grateful for on Thursday versus today? Maybe you notice things to be grateful for during the day that you can record in your journal? Either way, keep with it. It’s a good habit to get into… it will help keep you in a positive frame of mind. And, for those of you that have read “The Secret” then this journal is especially appealing. There is a thought that being as positive as you can be, in your life, will attract happiness and positive results in your life.
It certainly wouldn’t hurt. 🙂
